What should I expect immediately after installing my SpinCandy™ turntable feet?
After installing SpinCandy™ turntable feet, it's perfectly fine to use the turntable right away. However, please be aware there is a short break-in period. The turntable may feel a little stiff and look a bit tall at first, but will take 1–2 days to reach optimum height and performance.
How long will SpinCandy™ turntable feet last?
Just like shoes for your feet, and just like the original feet, these will eventually wear out. They'll need to be replaced, so enjoy the cost savings and consider buying an extra set for later. These can be safely stored without losing their isolating and damping properties. Check current offers for discounts on multiple sets.

What is the warranty period?
Harari Products Ltd. offers a 1-year warranty on all SpinCandy™ turntable feet.
What is included in a set?
Included is everything you need to replace all the feet on your turntable. No tools are required for most turntable models. The feet are fully assembled and ready to put on your turntable. There might be some free "goodies" included with your order, when available.
How do I know if my SpinCandy™ Turntable Feet are authentic?
SpinCandy™ is currently only sold by Harari Products Ltd. on our website (harariproducts.com), on eBay by "HarariProducts", and on Etsy by "HarariProducts". Unfortunately, most marketplaces will not readily take down known counterfeit product listings.
Do SpinCandy M1 Isolators change the height of my turntable?
SpinCandy M1 Isolators are designed to not change the height of the turntable from original. However, you may notice a few millimeters of difference depending on how worn your old feet were.

Does this come with a trim ring?
No. SpinCandy™ M1 Isolators are compatible with the original trim ring that comes with some generations of Technics turntables. If you have the original trim rings, you can install them on the SpinCandy Isolators if you like the look. Otherwise, SpinCandy Isolators can be used without the trim ring and still look awesome.
Are SpinCandy™ M1 Isolators made from Sorbothane™? What is the difference between Thermoplastic Polyurethane and Sorbothane™?
Sorbothane™ is a name-brand material and no one really knows how it's made. The manufacturer states: "Sorbothane is a... viscoelastic... thermoset... polyurethane."
We use high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane which is likely very similar if not the same as Sorbothane™. Our material's viscoelastic properties and (more importantly) the engineered internal structure create a superior isolator.
Are all Sorbothane™ or thermoplastic polyurethane isolators the same?
No. A turntable isolator needs to be designed and tuned for the weight of the turntable, the targeted vibration frequencies, shock absorption goals, and longevity requirements. The internal structure and tuning is the most important factor. They shouldn't be solid, as this will transfer most of the vibration and motion to the turntable.
Are other Sorbothane™ products I'm considering purchasing actually made from Sorbothane™?
Sorbothane™ is either licensed from or sold by the manufacturer, "Sorbothane". When purchased from them, Sorbothane supplies proof of authenticity. If authenticity is not proven, the product is likely not made from Sorbothane™. The internal structure of the foot, and how it's designed, is a much greater factor in achieving performance than the likely small differences in viscoelastic material.
Are other colors available?
Not yet. The product is still very new, but if there is popular demand, we will likely offer a translucent red and/or a translucent blue. Send us a message on the eBay app with your vote on our next color or other suggestions. We may also start offering some cool trim rings if the product is a hit.
